Well, today marks the start of a new school year! A whole new set of notebooks, brand new textbooks, new pencils, new pens, new everything. The start of a new school year is terrifying, tragic, and thrilling. It's scary because you don't know exactly what to expect of this coming year. It's sad because it marks the end of one more summer, and the end of another year. It's exciting because for the same reason that it's scary, you don't know what exactly to expect. There's new subjects, harder tests, and interesting little tid bits just waiting to be discovered. But, borrowing the words of the 9th Doctor, you know it's going to be fantastic! So, this school year, whether you're in school or not, try something new! Find something that really interests you and run with it!
Here's some things that I want to try!
- Crochet all of the modern doctors
- Visit every single Tube Station
- Learn more about the imaginary numbers and infinity
- Learn more about the idea of time
- Learn more about alchemy
- Learn Italian
- Learn how to write shorthand
